When selecting this plan the following terms are agreed upon: 

• The user acknowledges this plan is a leased only plan, and there is a $9 leasing fee in addition to the plan cost.  (A lease buyout option is available)

• Upon termination of service, the router is to be shipped back, failure to do so will result in being charged the the remaining cost of the unit.

*300mbps is the max theoretical speed achievable with this plan, however factors including location, congestion, and network priority may affect these numbers. OTR Mobile's average speeds are around 25-80mbps.*
